Friday, June 5, was another
gorgeous day. We headed to the Many Glaciers area of the park early because we
had to drive about 2½ hours around the park.
We stopped at Two Medicine Lake
and found some nice reflections in the lake. Some Park employees were getting
ready to practice their boating skills – the sightseeing boats opened to the
public on the next day. They pointed out a mama grizzly and her 2 cubs up on
the mountainside.
There are 3 grizzlies on that mountain to the right. I doubt that you can see the three tiny brown dots! |

At Goat Lick, we found a herd of about 18 mountain goats. I loved watching the baby learn to climb the mountain.
The Mes wanted to see a bear. It’s probably a good thing they didn’t, because Leo just wanted to pet one and Jackson wasn’t too sure about being close to one.
Working backwards on the posts - wonderful pictures.
ReplyDeleteOh, you've reinforced my desire to go to GNP! Fabulous photos!
