On to Idaho

Saturday, June 6, was a warm day. Very warm! Patti left early for her home in Wyoming. We left shortly after 8 for Idaho. We drove south along Flathead Lake and west across the Flathead Indian Reservation. At one point, 6 deer crossed the road right in front of us – good thing Ray is a great driver!

We had lunch at the Enaville Resort. We were there about 29 years ago with our boys when we were on a camping vacation. It is quite a place with a colorful history. We enjoyed going back and had a wonderful time and a great lunch.

We made a couple of important stops near Coeur d’Alene, ID. The Bear Paw Quilt Shop was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed visiting with them.

I loved the bear paw tracks in many different areas of the sidewalk near the store.
That is my shadow...
The staff at the Knit-n-Crochet yarn shop was equally friendly.

If we are in the area again, I will definitely go back to both stores.

  1. How creative to put the bear's paws out in the sidewalk in front! Did you pick up any "souvenirs" at these two shops? ;-)
