Saturday, June 6, was a warm day.
Very warm! Patti left early for her home in Wyoming. We left shortly after 8
for Idaho. We drove south along Flathead Lake and west across the Flathead
Indian Reservation. At one point, 6 deer crossed the road right in front of us
– good thing Ray is a great driver!
We had lunch at the Enaville
Resort. We were there about 29 years ago with our boys when we were on a
camping vacation. It is quite a place with a colorful history. We enjoyed going
back and had a wonderful time and a great lunch.
We made a couple of important
stops near Coeur d’Alene, ID. The Bear Paw Quilt Shop was wonderful and the
staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed visiting with them.
I loved the bear paw tracks in
many different areas of the sidewalk near the store.
That is my shadow... |
If we are in the area again, I
will definitely go back to both stores.
How creative to put the bear's paws out in the sidewalk in front! Did you pick up any "souvenirs" at these two shops? ;-)
