This is Quilt Along #36 at the Free Motion Quilting Project Quilt-Along. We are doing another Edge to Edge design based on Flowing Lines. Trapped Paisley is Flowing Lines with Paisley in the open areas.
I haven't soaked my blue marking pen out yet - you can still see the lines for the 8" square. |
Nice job! I really like the texture of this one.
ReplyDeleteThanks! This is a neat one for me - I think Paisley is my favorite motif - so I do like this. ~Jeanne
DeleteI haven't tried this version yet. I really like how it looks.
ReplyDeleteI love paisley so I liked this but it does take quite a while to do! I think the texture is neat especially for sashing. ~Jeanne
DeleteI love the texture. Really like how this looks in a block.
ReplyDeleteMy photo isn't very good but I do like it also. I wouldn't want to quilt it in a very large block though! ~Jeanne
DeleteReally pretty block! Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I think like almost everyone else paisley is really an appealing texture!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I bet you like it Charlotte! It takes longer than doing just paisley but is quite interesting. ~Jeanne
DeleteThis looks really good in a block.
ReplyDeleteThanks Karin! At the moment, I don't have any sashing or borders to work in. It was fun to make into a block - a little bigger area. ~Jeanne
DeleteI agree - the texture is really cool with this design. It looks great!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Becky! ~Jeanne
