It was a travel day...

Our friend Patti, Ray and I got an early start this morning.

We left Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming and traveled north into Idaho. I think we were in Idaho by 8:10 AM!

This afternoon we had some rain so I didn't get many more pictures.

We arrived in Great Falls, MT early enough that Ray and I headed to Pam's Knit 'n' Stitch. It's a great yarn shop with friendly people. I bought one skein of Mountain Colors Twizzle. Mountain Colors is a small Corvallis, Montana company that produces multi-color hand-dyed/painted yarn.

Tomorrow is another travel day... we are headed north to Canada.

  1. My biggest disappointment when we visited Estes Park a few years back was that we didn't get up to cross the continental divide. We do cross the eastern continental divide when we travel through the Smokies on our way to Hilton Head. ;-)
